Refund Policy

Cancellations, Returns, Replacements and Refunds.


Cancellation of game hire must be made in writing to daniel@n1cornholegear.com.au within 48 hours prior to Booking.

Cancellation of game hire after this time will occur a $20 loss of Booking payment;

Where a good or service has been listed incorrectly on our website, we reserve the right to cancel a transaction and immediately refund any monies paid.

    This policy applies only to goods and services purchased through our Site. It does not apply to N1 Cornhole Gear products sold by third parties; those parties are responsible for any faults, returns and/or refunds of goods or services.



      A return request must be made in writing to daniel@n1cornholegear.com.au within 7 days of the purchase date.

      Returned goods must be in their original packaging, unused and undamaged with the original invoice attached.

      Once your returned goods have been received and inspected a refund will be issued for the purchase price of the product (excluding shipping and/or delivery charges).

      A return request can only be made on purchased goods.



      Any pieces of your product that are deemed by the N1 Cornhole Gear to have manufacturing defects or to have been delivered in an unacceptable condition due to transit damage will be replaced if a replacement request is made.

      A replacement request must be made in writing to daniel@n1cornholegear.com.au within 7 days of the purchase date.

      A replacement request can be made on both hired and purchased goods.

      Cornhole Bag Policy

      All bags are warrantied for 30 days.
      Any warranty claims must have the order number and your name attached to the order. 
      Any cosmetic defects must be brought to our attention with 7 days of when the bags were delivered. 
      Any conditioner, sac-relax, boiling used to break in the bags will void any warranty claims. 



      A refund request must be made in writing to daniel@n1cornholegear.com.au within 7 days of the purchase date;

      A refund request may be granted at the discretion of the N1 Cornhole Gear in the event that you change your mind, the goods are damaged on arrival or the goods are deemed faulty.

      Your purchase will be refunded (less merchant fees) if a change of mind request is received by N1 Cornhole Gear prior to your goods being shipped. The merchant fee deducted will vary depending on the payment method you use at checkout (typically between 2% and 7%).

      In the event that your goods have been shipped before the refund request is received you will be entitled to a part refund, being the purchase price of the goods less the shipping costs and less the merchant fees, provided the goods are returned to N1 Cornhole Gear premises and meets the criteria set out below:

      • Product returned in the same condition as picked up;
        • No evidence of breakage, damage or misuse;
          • Product returned with all pieces and parts;
            • Product neatly packed in the bag or box collected;
              • Product in clean condition; and
                • Product returned by the pre-arranged day and time,
                • Warranty does not apply to goods with water, moisture or weather damage
