Shipping Policy

Shipping Carrier

All orders placed on our website (except for cornhole boards) are shipped with Australia Post or Sendle.

When ordering cornhole boards or other bulky items please contact daniel@n1cornholegear.com.au for a custom shipping quote (otherwise shipping price will default to $999.99)

Cornhole boards, or bulk orders, are shipped with StarTrack or equivalent.

We ship orders to all Australian States and Territories. Please contact us via the contact details below if you would like to receive an order outside of Australia. 

 

Order Processing

If your order was successfully placed on our website before 12pm AEST then your order will be shipped out by the next business day. 

If your order was successfully placed on our website after 12pm AEST you order will be shipped within 2 business business days.

All orders placed on our website are shipped from our warehouse in NSW. 

 

Shipping Options and Estimates

All orders (except for cornhole boards) will incur a minimum $9.95 shipping charge and receive standard shipping with Australia Post. 

An order of any value (excluding boards) can be sent via express shipping for a minimum flat fee of $14.95 . Orders placed with express shipping are sent with Australia Post's Express Post service.

Please note that shipping delays may be experienced during peak times like Black Friday/Cyber Monday or Christmas. As these are external factors that impact our third-party carrier these are forces beyond our control. When Australia Post is experiencing delays they will notify customers on their website. 

You may be entitled to receive a partial refund of your shipping charge if:

- You placed an order with express shipping and;

- paid the additional fee and;

- your order was not received within the time frame we advertised and;

- Australia Post had not advised of any delays or interruptions to their service.

If you would like to discuss a refund of your express shipping payment please get in touch with us within 7 days of when your order was received or 14 days of when your order was placed (whichever is longer). 

 

Order and Shipping Notifications

Once you place your order you will be notified by email that your order was successful. 

When your order is shipped you will be notified by email. This email will include a tracking number which you can track using one of the following links:

Note: we may at times choose to use another domestic courier service not included in the links above.

 

Order and Shipping Questions

If you notice any errors in your order please notify us immediately so that we can attempt to correct any errors. 

If your order was placed after 12pm AEST then it is possible for us to make changes before the order is shipped out. If you would like us to make any changes to your order please contact us before the close of business on the day you placed the order. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse we cannot make any changes to the order.

If you don't receive notifications via email please contact us immediately as it may be that your email address was added incorrectly.
